    Privacy Policy for the EvolutionOfGames App

    EvolutionOfGames (“we”, “our”) operates the EvolutionOfGames Android app. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it. Contact: contact@evolutionofgames.com

    Data we collect

    • Device information (device model, OS version) — used for compatibility and crash diagnostics.
    • App usage (screens visited, downloads started, ads shown) — used to improve the app. Usage analytics are collected only with your consent.
    • Advertising ID — collected by Google AdMob and its mediation partners to serve and measure ads (see Advertising below).
    • Download history — stored on your device so you can re-open finished files.

    Gamer profile

    If you set a username and avatar for the gamer profile, they are stored on your device and synced to our Firebase Cloud Firestore database so your level, XP, streak and badges work across reinstalls. Each install gets a random ID (UUID). The username, avatar, level, XP, streak, badges and this ID are visible to the app owner in the Firebase console. You can change the username anytime in Gamer Profile → Edit Profile.

    Advertising

    The app shows ads via Google AdMob, including mediation partners: Meta, Unity Ads, Pangle, InMobi and AdVergic. Google and these partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and measure ad performance. You can reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can change your consent choices anytime in the app under Settings → Privacy Options.     Push notifications

    We use OneSignal to send new-mod push notifications. OneSignal stores a device push token to deliver these messages. You can turn notifications off anytime in the app’s Settings or in Android system settings. OneSignal’s policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy.

    Firebase services

    We use Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics, only with your consent), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) and Firebase Remote Config (app settings). Data is processed under Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

    Purchases

    Premium purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details.

    Data retention & deletion

    Analytics and crash data is retained per Google’s policies. Your gamer profile data (username, avatar, level, XP, streak, badges, install ID) can be deleted in two ways:

    1. Clear the app’s data in Android Settings → Apps → EvolutionOfGames → Storage → Clear data (this also signs you out of the local profile); or
    2. Email contact@evolutionofgames.com from any address and tell us your gamer profile username — we will delete your profile record from our Firebase database.

    Children

    The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at contact@evolutionofgames.com and we will delete it.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page and linked from inside the app under Settings → Privacy Policy.
